Kevin has lived and worked in Vieques for almost a decade leaving his distinctive mark on the local business market as an entrepreneur. His education and background are in Construction Management and he was Vice President of a national construction company building major public works projects before moving to Vieques. Kevin has been dedicated and instrumental in the evolution of Bravos Boyz - Real Estate and Property Management and enjoys nurturing the company and its employees to be all that they can be. He brings to the table the island’s first and only license to Appraise Real Estate giving him an edge in first hand knowledge of the Real Estate values on Vieques Island.
