Casa Sandia is an architect designed home located in the beach side neighborhood of Monte Santo Playa sitting on a large beautifully landscaped lot with commanding ocean views.   This well priced home is move in ready and is a vacation rental property.

Casa Sandia was designed by a Puerto Rican Architect from inspirations of mountain houses he experienced in El Yunque the tropical rain forest.  The construction is mixed materials including concrete, steel beams and treated hardwood.  The architect chose Valcor/Samcor windows and doors and placed them such that when all opened the house receives perfect breezes and wind flow.   Additionally, Valcor/Samcor windows are one of the premium window and door products on the market providing hurricane resistance and security.  The house is very open with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows and doors capturing the beautiful Caribbean light.   The current owner's have made numerous upgrades including a large swimming pool that has become the centerpiece of the estate surrounded by several varieties of fruit trees, tropical plantings and scented specimens.  They also put in a cistern system for back up water that also serves as a pressure regulator for the water systems.  Another addition was to create a guest studio separate from the main house and poolside for the perfect get away!

One of many surprises offered by Sandia is a Roof Top Terrace offering panoramic Ocean views, the quaint town of Isabel Segunda, Mount Pirata and the the surrounding hillsides as well as the island of Puerto Rico.  By night this is the perfectly peaceful place to watch the moon and stars with your favorite drink.

The well landscaped yard is completely fenced and surrounded by a confetti of Bougainvillas.  The entrance to the villa is access controlled by an electronic gate system.   As mentioned before the property is planted with a variety of producing fruit trees including limones, oranges, grapefruit and mangos.  Additionally there are bright Crotons, scented Jasmin, Ylang Ylang, Bougainvilleas and Areca palms.

Casa Sandia is perfectly sited across the street from the Atlantic ocean where you can hear and smell the ocean from your balcony and sits high for fabulous ocean and main island views.  There are three beaches that can be accessed across the street and a five minute walk down the street.  The house comes fully furnished with the exception of a few personal items and is ready to become your home or the perfect vacation rental.
