Bravos by the Sea is a complex of three separate rental units that sit oceanfront on the North Shore Road in the beach side neighborhood of Bravos de Boston. The building has two upper units on the street level and one lower unit on the pool and ocean level. All three units share the oceanside pool and hot tub. There is off-street parking for all three units and a large onsite laundry room accessible to all. The units can be rented individually or combined. We have listed the property in a number of different unit combinations to facilitate convenient searches by number of bedrooms.  There is a beautiful swimmable beach 8 minutes East called La Chata and it is one of the Bravos Boyz favorite spot for a morning swim, beach combing for sea glass or watching the surfers catch the perfect wave.

Navio is on the lower level of the building, where the waves literally lap at your doorstep. There is no physical way to be more oceanfront than you are at Bravos by the Sea. The association with the water is phenomenal, providing the ideal setting to spend your vacation. Navio is one of our most popular rentals, where guests return year after year. Navio consists of three luxurios bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and a fourth one half guest bath.  Navio's furnishings are custom designed and made and are what makes this place so luxuriously special.  The dining table was custom made and ordered from South America and is built with glass, a solid piece of wood and steel.  The kitchen wants for nothing and the chef will be happy preparing meals here.  The living room has floor to ceiling windows and doors on three sides with a custom sofa and chairs almost sitting in the Atlantic Ocean.  Two of the master suites open to the pool terrace and ocean and the third master has ocean views.  The flooring throughout is a very beautiful high end custom polished coral with matte blue accent tiles.  Additionally, there is a small grassy area with a hammock ideally strung between two CoConut palm trees.

Culebra in on the upper level of the building and has a large outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean and the Puerto Rican daughter island of Culebra. Although not as luxurious as the Navio unit, it is one of our most popular rentals and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The unit has two bedrooms — one with a king-size bed and one with a queen, both with quality linens — and two bathrooms.  As with the other units Culebra has its own private main entrance into the house.

El Yunque is also on the upper level of the building and it too has a large outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean and toward the island of Puerto Rico and the tropical rain forrest El Yunque.   It is decorated and appointed much like the Culebra unit and is also a very popular rental. The unit has two bedrooms — one with a king-size bed and one with a queen, both with quality linens — and one bath. It has a fully-equipped where you can prepare meals.

As there is with all Bravos Boyz rentals we offer full cable tv, charcoal grills, land line phone and high speed wireless internet that really works and air conditioning for when you might need it!  Additionally, there are coolers and chairs for the beach as well as fluffy beach towels.
