We arrived in the evening. Driving downing the street we could not believe that the ocean was RIGHT THERE. Could we really be ON the ocean?
Ours was a 50th birthday celebration of reunion proportions...
We opened the gate to our own private paradise. We found ourselves walking all around and around it was so beautiful and large, forgetting that "hey" we haven't been inside the house yet.
The house did NOT disappoint us! The kitchen comes first to mind. A true chef's kitchen that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean with sweeping views of Puerto Rico and Culebra (At night we could see the gondola going up and down at the El Conquistadores Hotel on Puerto Rico). Sweet! We are all "cooks"
The bedrooms are large and have comfy beds and pillow and linens. The bathrooms are very nice indeed. We were surprised to see such a large and NICE office (who works in paradise?).
Too much to tell! Briefly our favorites? Sunset seating on the ocean wall, Outdoor kitchen and dining under the gazebo, a wonderful private pool with comfortable chairs, AND a garage to park our car
We found that as much as we loved the entire island of Vieques? We could not wait to come HOME? How crazy is that?
I think we all shed plenty of tears when we locked the gate behind us upon departure.
We have all traveled all over the world. This reunion was the best, this house was the best!

An absolutely delightful ocean home in an unbelievable setting. The accommodations are very comfortable and inviting. Sitting by the ocean with a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine is a fond memory we hope to relive. The pool area is cozy and private - we spent alot of time there. You can walk to town or drive to pristine beaches - we enjoyed both. There are plenty of restaurants on the island, but, we also enjoyed cooking as the kitchen is very well equipped (& oceanside :-).

A very friendly island with alot of history. Rent this property with confidence.
