Sea Patch, located on the North Shore of Vieques Island in the beach side neighborhood of Bravos de Boston, sits in the heart of the lovely Vieques Garden District, surrounded by exceptional tropical gardens designed and maintained by the well-known Bravos Boyz. Sea Patch was recently renovated, and a spectacular Master Suite was added with Bravos Boyz signature polished concrete counters and integrated sinks. The tile throughout the house is a beautiful and natural white coral specially imported from the Dominican Republic. 

A gorgeous pool was also constructed and surrounded by the same white coral stone and includes  large spacious terraces and a large covered gazebo. There are two natural ponds that trickle water as well as three separate water features that were created from huge steel pots used to cook down sugar cane into sugar many decades ago.  The water features include fish and water hyacinths.  The property lives and feels like your own private resort and is a favorite among our returning guests.

Sea Patch is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3½-bath house. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds and one has a queen-size bed, and each bedroom has its own bathroom en suite. The Master Bedroom opens to the pool and beautiful gardens. The other two bedrooms each have their own balcony with ocean views. The house sits a few steps from lovely La Chata Beach that is a Bravos Boyz favorite for a morning swim, beach combing for sea glass or to watch the surfers catch a wave. 

The property is well appointed with high quality linens, a fully-equipped kitchen, and some great artwork. You will find everything you need to comfortably enjoy your time here in paradise should you decide to stay at Sea Patch.

Bravos Boyz also designed the spectacular tropical gardens with an extensive plant list including; Puerto Rican Royal Palms, Areca palms, Bottle Palms, Fish tale palms, Bismarkia palms, pomegranate trees, key lime, colorful Ixoras and Crotons, Schefleras, Birds of Paradise, bananas, philodendruns, heliconias, gingers, orchids,  fragrant Frangiapani, Ylang Ylang and white spider lilies and an occasional visit from friendly Iguanas.
