The house is smart and tastefully furnished, fully air conditioned with five mini-split units, and beautiful glass doors that fold back to open the house. Seaside is outfitted and ready for you to enjoy including your own laundry area. The house is located only a short two minute walk to town which allows you to enjoy restaurants, bars, shops, the Plaza and festivities, grocery store, gourmet food store and wine store.  All of this near the house yet once you enter the Seaside compound privacy rules and vacation begins.
