Casa CoColia is a dreamy beach cottage located in barrio Morropouse between Bravos de Boston and Isabel Segunda. This picture perfect island getaway sits directly on a sandy, swimable beach with your own private stairway to get to the water. Enjoy views are of the Vieques Harbor with colorful fishing boats, the beautiful turquoise waters, and the island of Puerto Rico just a few miles away. On a clear day you can see El Yunque rainforest, and this is one of the best places to view a sunset on Vieques Island!
The structure takes notes from West Indies style architecture, with windows and doors of richly colored Mahogany. The house includes two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite, tastefully remodeled. The living area with its high ceilings lives large. The gourmet kitchen includes high end stainless steel appliances as well as a gas range. The generous dining area and table seats ten comfortably and is ready for your first dinner party.
Outside, CoColia offers a plethora of surprises, including multiple tropical garden areas, balconies for viewing the Harbor and crystal waters, a pavilion with a wet bar, and your very own private stairway to the sandy beach and ocean. The biggest of its surprises is the serene dipping pool sitting just outside the master bedroom, on the ocean.
The house is smart and tastefully furnished (furnishings included), fully air conditioned with five mini-split units, a diesel generator, electric roll down hurricane panels, beautiful glass doors that fold back to open the house, multiple storage areas, a large garage, and even your own kayaks.
Casa CoColia is outfitted and ready for you to move in and enjoy. Just bring your bathing suit! Please contact Bravos Boyz for your private showing.
