The Coral Cottage, a cute,  island house rental, sits on a hill in the Bravos de Boston beach side neighborhood of Vieques Island. It is located on the North Shore and has filtered water views. You can relax to the sounds of the rolling surf and the rustle of the palm trees. The historic lighthouse, fisherman’s neighborhood, and the main island of Puerto Rico are visible from the house.  A short stroll from the house are two local swimmable beaches.  Well known La Chata beach is a great spot for a mornning swim, beach combing for sea glass or watching the surfers catch a wave.

The Cottage consists of an open living/kitchen area with two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a great outdoor dining area on the covered patio. The house has recently been renovated and redecorated and is open and airy with all rooms having great views of the charming neighborhood and the water. One bedroom has a queen-size bed with a small dresser and a place to hang your clothes. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon your pre-arrival request. Both bedrooms have air conditioning for your sleeping comfort. The cheery yellow-tiled bathroom has a large step-in shower. The Cottage offers a small secure balcony on the front of the house. A large covered patio recently added off the kitchen contains the washer, dryer, outdoor sink ,and outdoor shower, in addition to the dining area and an outdoors living area.

Outside we also added a great, private out door shower that is perfect morning and night!

The Coral Cottage sits on a large fenced lot with off-street parking. You will enjoy a variety of plantings: Coco nut palm trees, Areca palms, Travelers palms,  bananas, pomegranates, acerola cherries, loquats, parcha fruit, key limes and more.
