Bravos Boyz – Real Estate and Property Management is a licensed, locally owned, and fully staffed, property maintenance company offering a wide range of services to our clients in Vieques. Some of our services include lawn maintenance, gardening, landscaping, pool and spa care, and extermination.

We also provide general house-keeping services such as lubrication of locks, hinges, and window openers; replacement of fixtures, window cranks and screen repairs; interior and exterior painting; rodent control and trash removal; rental turnover cleaning, daily maid service, or seasonal deep cleaning; as well as hurricane and storm preparation and/or cleanup.

We have been providing maintenance services for a variety of clients since 2000 and have many longstanding positive client relationships. Our goal is to maintain your investment in the best possible condition so that you and your guests can relax and enjoy your home.

Licensed, Registered & Insured

We are licensed, registered for tax purposes, and carry the required insurances including worker’s compensation insurance so that you know your investment is protected should someone working on your property become injured. We also have auto and liability policies which cover our employees and equipment wherever they are working on the island.
