Most of the properties rented through the BravosBoyz.com website are our exclusive rentals and can only be rented through us and are also managed and maintained by us and our employees. We have a full professional staff which will give you peace of mind during your stay on the island. From the time of booking, to the meet and greet at the airport or ferry terminal, to the return of the keys on check out day we are here to offer you the best service the island has to offer. We don’t just drop you in a house and leave you with the name and number of a stranger to call in case of an emergency or question. We are your contact and know each of our properties in detail should you have questions or need a response to something which is not as you think it should be. We are here for you!
Our customers can read a number of reviews on each property specific. We also attempt to show our properties in as much detail as possible including numerous photos of the interior and exterior of the property. All photos of each property are of the property themselves and not beach shots or views which are taken off the property. Remember when researching properties online that if there are no interior photos there is usually a reason why. We try to show the properties in their entirety so you can be confident you are renting the house that you are going to really enjoy upon arrival. Take a grand Spanish Villa - Add a touch of Morocco - Some spice from China - Some handmade lights from the villages of Mexico - A twist from old India - Some color from Turkey - A lot of Old San Juan - Set it atop a six acre hillside with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea - And Welcome to Los Arcos. Completed in 2008, Los Arcos overlooks the Caribbean and Esperanza Bay from one of the most beautiful spots on the island of Vieques. The design was inspired by the great castles of Spain, with 18-inch thick concrete walls and huge, thick archways that separate the open-plan interior spaces. Los Arcos is a new home but looks like it could have been sitting on this hill for centuries. Amenities include perhaps the nicest view on the island of Vieques and one of the best in the Caribbean, complete with the outdoor living spaces. Deep, wide, shaded, travertine-tiled balconies face the ocean with comfortable furniture and natural seating areas exposing views through arched openings and receiving constant breezes from the trade winds. Step off the balcony from the main house or the guest villa and step right into the solar heated infinity pool, with a bench and tables built in, also facing the views. Cushioned lounge chairs dot the balcony offering comfort and serenity to enjoy the vistas. Throughout the house the walls facing the ocean have folding glass doors which open to bring the outside in. Although the furniture is high-end, it is not fussy or delicate or uninviting. The owners brought in pieces from India, Morocco, China and Mexico to fill the house with color and texture reflecting their interest in world craftwork and a comfortable, casual island lifestyle. To the old they added the new with every possible convenience and comfort. There's a huge, fully outfitted "cook's kitchen", a large-screen plasma TV with DISH programming and a Blue Ray DVD player, air conditioned bedrooms, wireless Internet, and a whole-house audio system that lets guests select their own music and volume from the digital house library, or bring an iPod and hear it in any, or every room at the same time. This Vieques Island rental house has three "master/guest suites", each with a king bed, private bath, indoor and outdoor shower, and folding glass doors that open to the ocean views. Two of the suites are in the separate Guest Wing and the third is within the Main House and all are of a similar quality with similar amenities. There are also wooden hangers for your clothing in all of the closets, and in room safes for any valuables you wish to store. Other spaces include the living room, media room, office, dramatic center-domed-cathedral-ceiling dining room, and pool bar. The grounds are magnificent with many varieties of palm trees and colorful, tropical flowers galore. There is an orchard at the rear of the property where you are invited to pick fresh bananas, mangoes, star fruit, limones, and anything that might be in season during your visit. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and thermoses are provided if you do decide to leave your private paradise to visit one of the many nearby sandy Vieques beaches. Los Arcos is a house that our guests return to year after year because of the magical design and location. There are many havens within the estate where views of the Caribbean are perfect, the breeze is sublime, and you feel lucky just to be here.
